FAQs

Will this work with my theme?

Every effort has been made to allow this to easily work in any standards-abiding WordPress theme running WooCommerce.  You have multiple styles to choose from to find the best compliment to your theme or we have given you a commented CSS file if you choose to roll your own version.

Why do image look small in my sidebar?

The widths of both the slider container and the slider images are flexible and set to %, so they should automatically expand. If you have extra space in your sidebar it may be because if your image source is thumbnail and that is set to 150px wide, your image will display at a max resolution of 150px. To overcome this you may use an image size of medium or larger and that should better fill the area.

Troubleshooting

Sliders don’t show up on the front of my site

Please ensure that your theme follows the standard WordPress convention of calling wp_head in the header and wp_footer in the footer
